The purchaser of the property is HWS Immobilien- und Vermögensverwaltung, which is part of the Hamburg-based Schommartz Family Office.
Built in 1994/1995, the mixed-use property at Kaistraße 54–56 has a gross floor area of around 40,000 m² and is situated in the immediate vicinity of Kiel Central Station. CAP combines various leisure, catering and hotel facilities, making it an established feature of the city centre.
