WALCH RITTBERG NAGEL provided legal counsel to Townscape on the conclusion of a long-term lease agreement with Flix SE for the office project “THE B” at Revaler Straße 32 in Berlin: Flix will occupy around 6,000 m² of office space in the new building and move into the top two floors at the end of the year.
“THE B” offers a total of around 22,000 m² of gross floor area above ground and was designed by Eike Becker_Architekten. The letting to Flix SE marks another significant step in the project’s development.
