We also help clients to procure debt and equity for project and real estate financing. Here, in addition to traditionally collateralized real estate loans, we also advise clients on the use of alternative financial instruments.
In the area of regulatory law, we serve as consultants to Solvency II and incurance regulated investors as well as to AIFs, capital management companies and outsourcing companies in connection with requirements under investment law and on issues of regulatory admissibility.
